What a gorgeous wedding tucked into the Pine Mountain, Georgia country side. The wedding took place at the Mountain Top Inn on a beautiful Georgia spring day. Megan looked gorgeous in her lace white wedding dress and cowboy boots and Davis looked dapper in his sandy suit and navy vest! The bridesmaids looked fantastic in their lavender flow gowns. I had the pleasure of photographing Gina and Bryan’s beautiful wedding this past Sunday at the beautiful Standing Boy Creek Farms. It was a chill, early Sunday wedding with a mimosa bar! I first met Thomas and Danielle last year. Danielle actually found me through instagram, I believe. She contacted me for a portrait session of their one-year wedding anniversary. We headed out to the beautiful Franklin Mountains in El Paso. It happened to be one of the windiest and most overcast days out of El Paso’s 300-something days of apparent sunshine! Lucky us! Even though we had several hair bloopers thanks to the wind, we ended up getting some really beautiful images to celebrate their first anniversary together. They even brought their two doggies to jump in some pictures.
This all brings me to my latest session with Thomas and Danielle a couple weeks ago, which was their maternity session! They didn’t know it at the time, but they were pregnant with their first baby, a little girl that they named Ellis!
We found a surprisingly green and pretty cool park in El Paso and lucky us again, it was super windy and overcast! I guess it wouldn’t be a “Thomas and Danielle” session if the weather was cooperating. Fortunately, the over cast worked out beautifully again and we got some really beautiful shots of the parents-to-be!
